The project is nearly ready to go Alpha. As soon as there is something real to download, next Wednesday probably, it will be time to change status and spread the word that we are ready for more developers to join the project and for cryptographers to review the protocol.

In preparation for which, the website layout has been totally redesigned, much new material has been added, and the existing information has been re-written or updated.
